In this package, you prepare and submit the application, while we review your draft to ensure it meets the formal filing requirements.

How to start Package 1 (AUD 250)

To proceed with Package 1 (Guided Self-Filing), please transfer the service fee (AUD 250) and email the payment receipt to: ngan.tran@maygusttrademarks.com.au


In your email, please include the following information:

  1. Your name

  2. Phone number

  3. Please include the following confirmation in your email:  "I confirm that I understand Package 1 includes guidance and a formal draft review only."

  4. Receipt of payment (AUD 250)

    Bank details:

    • Bank Account: Maygust Trademark Attorneys

    • BSB: 062 904

    • Account number: 1060 0947

    • Payment reference: Your name + Package 1 (For exampel: Tran-Package 1)

      This package is suitable if you prefer to prepare and lodge the application yourself but would like professional guidance to avoid common filing mistakes.


Once we receive your payment, we will send you the guidance materials (video and checklist) within 1 business day to help you prepare your trademark application draft.
